What does the strategic process look like

This process can be divided in several phases

Analyzing phase
This phase includes interviewing relevant stakeholders and investigating current processes and data. The purpose of this phase is to get an overall and adequate picture of the situation the organization finds itself, which ambitions are pursued and what its future growth possibilies are.

Designing phase
Within the designing phase, we design the desired future business model together with the organisation’s management team. This phase is often split up into two four-hour sessions, led by our strategist and based on the findings from the previous phase. Our clients usually experience this phase as very pleasant. We often hear from CEO’s and CTO’s that it allowed them to look differently at their organization and its future.

Action phase

In this phase the ideas are crystallized by Made’s strategist. A report is made in which the new strategy, value proposition, mission statement, vision, developments and steps to be taken are described.

Action phase

This report is the foundation of the growth and new processes within the organization. All processes and strategic decisions can be measured against this report.
